Building your new home is an exciting time, but it can be stressful if you don’t have an experienced team on your side. During the build process, you’ll meet plenty of friendly Keibuild faces along the way. Who manages your build will be dependant on your location, but here’s our quick guide to the build process and who you’ll meet along the way.
New Home Sales Consultant
For most Keibuild Homes customers, their first meeting will be had with one of our New Home Sales Consultants. Our expert Consultants will help source land (if you haven’t found a lot already), assist in choosing a design, prepare your quote and answer any questions you may have.
Pre-Contracts Administrator
Once you have paid your preliminary deposit, our Pre-Contracts Administrator will commence all preliminary works on your lot (soil tests, contours etc), to finalise your design and final quote. While you might not meet our Administrator in person, you may receive some calls and emails when further details are required.
Interior Designer
One of the most enjoyable parts of building a new home is the opportunity to make it uniquely yours via your Colour Consultation. Here you’ll meet with one of our qualified Interior Designers who will assist in bringing your design ideas to life.
Contracts Administrator
Once all of your tests are complete and your final quote has been agreed upon, you will meet with our Contracts Administrator to review and sign your contract.
Site Manager
When we receive all approvals and the relevant documentation required to build your new home, you will be assigned your own Site Manager. This person will be your single-point-of-contact throughout your build and during your 15 months Maintenance period.
We’re proud of our family-like culture, so if you require any additional assistance throughout any stage of your build, our team will always rally together to get you the best outcome.
