This website has been developed to provide you with information about our homes, offers, house and land packages, our processes and more. By accessing and/or using our Site, you agree to these terms of use and our Privacy Policy available on our website. We may at any time and at our discretion, vary these Terms by publishing the varied terms on our Site, and as such, we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by you in reliance upon this information. We do not undertake to keep out Site up-to-date and we are not liable if any Content is inaccurate or out-of-date. Our Site is for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not use our Site, or any of the Content, for commercial purposes, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own website or any other platform.

Information: The Content is not comprehensive and is for general information purposes only. It does not take into account your specific needs, objectives or circumstances, and it is not advice. While we use reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Content, we make no representation or warranty in relation to it, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Construction: Keibuild Homes Pty Ltd is a sales and marketing company and will not be specifically responsible for the construction of your new Keibuild Home. The construction of your new Keibuild Home will be undertaken by the holder of a suitable builders licence, as required by your particular State Government building and construction industry regulator. Depending on the location of your site, the licence holders may include but are not limited to:

South East Queensland Build Areas: Keibuild Homes licensed builders currently build new homes within the following regions: Gold Coast, South Brisbane, Logan, Brisbane, Ipswich, Redlands, Scenic Rim and the Sunshine Coast. Building in the Moreton Bay region will be available from March 17, 2020.

Bursting with Inclusions: All advertised Keibuild Homes come with over 100 inclusions as standard. The total number depends on the final house design. Where changes are made to the original house plan, Keibuild Homes cannot guarantee that the total number will exceed 100.

Solutions Inclusions: The Keibuild Homes Solutions Inclusions specification cannot be used in conjunction with any Keibuild promotions and/or offers. You must select one of our existing Home Designs or Design Options to be eligible to receive our Solutions Inclusions pricing. Inclusions may vary between plans and are plan specific.

7 Progress Tours: We offer Keibuild Homes customers seven (7) progress tours throughout the build process. These are usually at key milestones, but are subject to change.

Free Consultation: All new home clients are offered free consultations with our sales team.

Transparent quotes: Keibuild Homes quotes are itemised showing 1) all inclusions that come standard within the price of your home, and 2) the costs for any additional items you have selected that are outside of our standard inclusions.

Fixed-Price Contracts: All Keibuild Homes contracts are fixed-price, with the exception of homes that experience unforeseen circumstances, or where the homeowner makes changes during the build process. Terms and conditions apply and all homeowners should refer to their build contract for details.

Weekly Updates: Our Site Managers are committed to keeping all homeowners up-to-date with all progress on their build. We endeavour to contact our customers weekly with updates, leaving messages should you be uncontactable.

Construction on all blocks: We pride ourselves on having the ability to build on all block types. There may, however, be instances where we can not build on certain sites. All sites will be visited by our Sales Team and Site Manager to determine build suitability.

Customising designs: We provide multiple design options for all Keibuild Homes plans. In the instance a plan does not suit your needs or lifestyle, we are able to customise our designs. Please note that customising designs may incur additional charges and may also extend your build time. Terms and conditions will be outlined in your build contract.

Build Process: Our build process varies from block-to-block. Time taken during can vary due to complexity of design, weather and delays in payment. Refer to on-time build guarantee and contract for full terms and conditions.

Move-In Ready: Move-in ready is defined as a home that is ready for occupancy. All building work is done and you’re able to move in as the home is ‘suitable for habitation’, meaning it is functional and has power, water and is weatherproof.

House and Land Packages: All house and land packages are subject to availability. The advertised price does not include settlement costs, payable duties and/or any other fees or disbursements associated with the settlement of the land. Prices are also subject to any changes made during the design process and site testing (Preliminary) phase. Prices are subject to change. Keibuild Homes and any applicable land developer reserve the right to change their prices without notice.

Knockdown New Build: Our knock down new build process varies from block-to-block. Suitability is determined by our Sales and Construction teams and will be discussed with clients during initial consultation.

Referral Reward: Our Referral Reward gifts those who successfully refer a new customer to Keibuild Homes with a $1000 VISA or EFTPOS gift card. To provide a referral, you must complete our online Referral Rewards Form found on our website by completing your details as well as the referrals full name, mobile number, email address and build location. The new Keibuild customer must acknowledge who referred them to Keibuild Homes at the time of contract signing in order for us to be able to post the gift card. You do not need to be an existing Keibuild customer to be able to refer new customers. Referral voucher will only be posted once the slab claim has been paid and received. Maximum of one referral per build. Gift card is not redeemable for cash. Keibuild Homes reserves the right to remove this offer at any time.

Intellectual Property rights: Unless otherwise indicated, we own or licence all rights, title and interest (including intellectual property rights) in our Site and all of the Content. Your use of our Site and your use of and access to any Content does not grant or transfer to you any rights, title or interest in relation to our Site or the Content. You must not: a) copy or use, in whole or in part, any Content; b) reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any Content to any third party; or c) breach any intellectual property rights connected with our Site or the Content, including (without limitation) altering or modifying any of the Content, causing any of the Content to be framed or embedded in another website or platform, or creating derivative works from the Content.

Third party sites: Our Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not control, endorse or approve, and are not responsible for, the content on those websites. You should make your own investigations with respect to the suitability of those websites.

Discontinuance: We may, at any time and without notice to you, discontinue our Site, in whole or in part. We may also exclude any person from using our Site, at any time and at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for any Liability you may suffer arising from or in connection with any such discontinuance or exclusion.

Warranties and disclaimers: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties about our Site or the Content, including (without limitation) that: a) they are complete, accurate, reliable, up-to-date and suitable for any particular purpose; b) access will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses; or c) our Site will be secure. You read, use and act on our Site and the Content at your own risk.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or expense, howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and/or whether present, unascertained, future or contingent (Liability) suffered by you or any third party, arising from or in connection with your use of our Site and/or the Content and/or any inaccessibility of, interruption to or outage of our Site and/or any loss or corruption of data and/or the fact that the Content is incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date.

Indemnity: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you must indemnify us, and hold us harmless, against any Liability suffered or incurred by us arising from or in connection with your use of our Site or any breach of these Terms or any applicable laws by you. This indemnity is a continuing obligation, independent from the other obligations under these Terms, and continues after these Terms end. It is not necessary for us to suffer or incur any Liability before enforcing a right of indemnity under these Terms.

Termination: These Terms are effective until terminated by us, which we may do at any time and without notice to you. In the event of termination, all restrictions imposed on you by these Terms and limitations of liability set out in these Terms will survive.
